Avetta has been working on the new Worker Management interface to enhance the end user experience for its suppliers in managing their workers required induction, assessment and training and license documentation.

We are pleased to announce that Worker Management is now live, and you can commence using it for all your worker level role and site compliances. EmployeeGUARD will not be accessible to administrators or workers from 11.59pm (AEST) 1st of October 2019.

With the introduction of the new Worker Management interface, Avetta continuing to provide a safe working environment for everyone whilst ensuring quality work is delivered safely by appropriately qualified workers. The new Worker Management interface will assist in the gathering of relevant documents and the training of workers prior to starting works on site. Suppliers can use Worker Management as a document management system for their worker training, their credentials and meet all compliance requirements.

Access to Worker Management has been granted to the primary administrator identified in Avetta Connect for your company. Administrators who have been granted Worker Management access permission will have a workers Icon appear in the menu on the left-hand side of their Connect dashboard. Clicking on this Icon will take you to the Worker Management interface and directly to your account.

The administrator can add individuals to the account to undertake the relevant site induction and license uploads. Additionally, support on how to complete the process will be available in the Avetta Help Centre.
